There seems to be inconsistency - and definitely a bug - with gathering herbs and ore.
Firstly my druid can gather ore while flying but not herbs (which gives the “You are flying” message). Is there a reason for this inconsistency? Different developers perhaps?
Secondly, my shaman doesn’t have the knowledge points assigned to gather while mounted, so if he lands next to an ore node he gets dismounted if he tried to mine it. But, if he stays hovering near it and doesn’t land, he can mine without getting dismounted.
I’m guessing this is a bug, but a pretty cool one, so don’t fix it too soon
