Hello. Here is my video about my “Problem”
can i remove Fog? Am i only one with this complain? my eyes just hurt 
and this is not the only zone where i experience this kind of (i dont know what to say)

I wish we could disable fog and shadows entirely, fog kills my FPS and being able to disable shadows like we used to would have positive impact on Fps… I also miss original fullscreen…

Certain areas are covered with fog or smoke effects mostly for aesthetic reasons, the cave and zone you are in during the video is one of those.
There are currently no settings available to specifically disable this kind of effects. Reducing view distance can help as that will prevent the rendering of some parts of the environment, but it does not disable fog, smoke or similar visual effects.
That said, the tone of the fog in your video looks a bit more vivid than what I see when comparing the same zone directly, which may increase the “heaviness” of the effect. Looks also a bit more bluish than it should be This may be due to some brightness or contrast settings either for the game or for the operating system, possibly some sort of color tone settings that changes the overall hue from a warmer to a cooler tone. It’s hard to say for sure from a video, but you may want to look for something like that as well

Thank you for replay. Every Color setting is on default on my PC, thank you for mentioning . so yeah it’s art style. hope soon it will become more dynamic.
