[Follower dungeon] "You did not select any valid slots"

Level 61 Paladin. Respec to Holy to try healing for the first time (in 16 years of being subbed) Get my gear on. Change my tool bar - change my spec and talents and save them
Go to Dungeon Finder (Never used it before despite 16 years subbed - so my inexperience with this feature might be the issue)
Click Dungeon Finder - Follower Dungeons - Select Healer Click “Find Group” and I get the error message. “You did not select any valid slots”
Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
Do I need to be a specific ilevel average with my items to play these follower dungeons?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

You need 180 ilevel. That’s the issue.

Thanks I was no where near. Completed levelling to 60 on the Pally as a Ret and my average iLevel was well short of 180

yeah, that’s BS - I am exactly 180 and still get that error for every role
