Hi,

If you completed the achievement:

I thought I didn’t get it. Check your mail box and it should be there.

I did get the achievement, I did check my mailbox and it wasn’t there. Is there a time delay from getting the achievement to being sent the mount?

Can you post on the character that did it, your level 12 is not showing the achievement.

The Mount isn’t sent by mail anymore, after a hotfix on the 13th. It’s now immediately awarded and should show up in your Mount Journal right away

Well its still broken, I can’t find my mount in my list at all.

It is showing in your collections:-

Try toggling the filters on your mount panel on and off (Collected and not collected) and check again for Obsidian Worldbreaker
