Can you do the legion dungeon hero achievment on another character than the one who completed the balance of power quest line or does it need to be done on the character which completed the quest line?

Good question ! some requirements can be done on alts and some not.
Afaik when it comes to bop glory is acc wide so all your characters with bop will have also glory tint unlocked.
Unfortunately, finished +15 in time and unleashed monstrosities (idk name, those 8 world boses) doesnt work that way and u have to do it on your new char too, along with bop
Wait, does this mean I won’t have them on my horde druid because I’m doing it on my alliance druid? I can use my mage tower appearances even though my horde druid didn’t do them, shouldn’t this apply to the balance of power appearances too?
BoP is not account wide so yes you need to do it and unlock it so you can use the other skins on that char .
Im not realy sure how it works when u do it from druid to druid or so.
Ive did bop on druid, along with m15, unleashed, and glory, naturaly i have them unlocked all on druid.
Now i did bop on my paly, and my only tint unlocked is basic bop and glory one.
I still have to do unleashed and m15 on my paly if i want them all.
Again, bop aint acc wide, glory is, not sure how it works on samce classes tho.
You have to EARN the dungeon hero achievement on the char which HAS DONE balance of power questline. This means you can do 99% of all the achievements on another char and do the last one on the char you want the tint unlocked.
Oh well, guess I’ll find out in 2 weeks or so when I’m done with nighthold, lol.

Some artifact unlocks may not be accountwide but the skins are to transmog.
Yep, the alt druid gets the appearances as well.
