It doesn’t work. It won’t ever work. It has so many built-in restrictions that you need a phd to figure out its use case.
I would rather devs don’t waste their already limited time on druid, by thinking how to make the talent work without inducing some extremely bad playstyle.
Like just make it a passive that rotates and gives 1% of the stat from a form you’re not in. Or just delete it
