I took the skip on an alt to do the new campaign, then i wanted to do forbidden reach to get my amulet, I farmed my keys etc then realised the vault wasnt open.
Now I dont have any quests to open the vault? How or where do i find the quests to get into the vault?

Keep in mind that the vaults are not unlocked through a main quest, but rather what seems like a side quest. I had this quest available in the main hub after skipping with my alts, so it should be available. The quest is called “Helping Hand and Claw”, where you rescue the two NPCs, who then move over in front of the vault to let you explore.
