Cant finish main quest he’s just kneeling there and I can’t talk to him.
My friend and I are having the same issue, along with some other players on my server. We’re all standing around him and he’s doing nothing.
I been through the whole rigmarole of having to sign in just to reply to this…
This is a bug also posted on the US Forums, So i believe EVERYONE is going to have this bug, which would likely mean its a server side bug and will require a server restart, planned maintenence is wednesday, i cant see it being fixed untill then, which also means i cant continue the storyline.
I have tried dropping and re doing the quest, its still happening.
Unless a GM can remove the NPC from the game and then Re-Spawn it. its not going to be fixed soon

Going to Orgrimmar, turning Warmode on and redoing this quest worked for me.

Same here, nothing works. Relog, warmode, different shard, anything…
Also here on Magtheridon doesn’t work… Also went into WM, did not work.
And to make matters worse one of his quotes when you click him is ‘Not working I see’… Nice one Blizz :')

Have the same problem here. He should offer the quest “Return to Moira”, but I cannot get it from him. Seems to be bugged.

The underlying issue causing this should now be resolved, though it may take some time for the fix to propagate everywhere:
Typical from response from Blizzard. 5 days since their post, saying it is ‘fixed’, surprise, it is still broken.
How can we progress in our quests when bugs are not dealt with.
