Who are we?
We’re an international guild, so we keep the communication in english for everyone to feel included. So why the name of Forged you might ask? It is a dedication to a person in a close relationship with one person in our management, who has a love for the Forged close by where she grew up next to. The name is thus meant as a positive memory to always carry the name Forged and be reminded of the location where it all began.
We’re a raiding guild that also has a vision as to be a place where you can come as a social or raider to improve in raiding, mythic+ or anything else. But we mainly focus on the raiding portion of the game.
What are our goals? We want to raid and clear the current content and raids at the highest of difficulties to the best of our effort, ultimately we aim for Cutting Edge for each raid tier. All this within a calm and pleasant environment.

Wednesday: 20:00-23:00 (CET)Thursday 20:00-23:00 (CET) Sunday: 20:00-23:00 (CET) Invites are always 15 minute before the raid starts, because of this try to be online before so we can start pulling bosses as soon as possible.
What can you expect from us?
• A diverse, committed and reliable management team that you can trust to provide you the raiding atmosphere you seek.
• An engaging group of people inside and outside of raids, with lots of banter is expected.
• We try our best to be as open and honest as possible about our opinions and thoughts to troubleshoot, problem solve and enhance our performance as a team.
Recruitment We believe that having a closed door on recruitment for specific specs isn’t healthy for us or anyone, we believe the recruitment process for specific classes to an extent are quite dull. Therefore we can make us miss out on potentially talented players that can help the guild improve. Because of this we believe the player should get a chance if we believe they are what we’re looking for and should therefore always get a chance to prove themselves. This makes for a competitive environment where spots should be earned and not given.
We’ll do our best to evaluate everyone and come back with a reply, some could even be asked for a short interview on discord. Ultimately we want to let you know if you’ll get a chance or not.
