I used item to discover my first memorial in Azj-Kahet. I can keep clicking on it and then kill the Aspirant Kiipka but then it wont give me the reward.

Same for me. I click on the memorial and nothing happens.
Edit: Ok once I got the reward. Other times nothing happens or the enemy spawns, but does not give a reward. Seems to be really buggy at the moment.
