Hello folks
Been playing Classic for some time no and my Forsaken there made me think the current Forsaken i have, lack characteristics some of the old models had. There are also some face models that actually look extremely good and while not as smooth as the current, i would prefer that one for example, that looks like a skinny face with shrtunk skin to the skull with no glowing eyes.
The new animations though, are superior in most parts.
This also reminded me of age old topic of more Forsaken options like those Chinese models without bones sticking out everywhere… Not all of us have been rotting on a grave for a long time. Some of us might have been raised immediately after death so we would just appear a bit pale… Maybe some slight rot here and there…
The thing that has bugged me the mostly over all the time i played WOW and considered making Forsaken character, is the armor and clothing that appears to be broken by default. If i make a robe for myself, why would i then break it so the bones can get some cool air? Well, maybe im grungy guy who likes worn flea market clothes or whatever… But mostly i would like my armor to hide my bones… Or if i have a character i play as someone who does not care about maintaining the gear so much, to have a bit torn clothing on fleshy undead body… Something like a fresh zombie from various zombie fantasies.
Anyway. Much of these allready exist. Some people have actually managed to use the chinese model but its just them. Others cant see their preference/Character fantasy. I would preferr this to be an option to have more varied Forsaken characteristics as various degrees of decay would exist for a race like Forsaken.
Why wont you make Sylvanas use the new Female model with elven ears to be more like the rest of her people? The older Sylvanas in the classic while not decayed, looks much more serious than the current one anyway.
So in short. I request more forsaken body models. Fresh corpse and rotting corpse. Intact or torn clothing.
Oh and more hairstyles for every race and gender.
