do you remember how wod ended
I was there for it, yes. Had to farm Xu’tenash, Glaive of Ruin, some 50+ times.
when you know how it would end
Sylanna, my racial faction practically was eaten alive in the War of Thorns and I knew Teldrassil was going to burn months before it did in Live. To add insult to injury it turned out to be because of a hissy fit, when Warbringers:Sylvanas was uploaded to YouTube.
I am aware of the emotion you refer to, not just here but IRL too.
and my faction has been stamped as the big evil villain again. and to me the ultimate proof that vol’jin died because they needed a convenient villain. and i do want to feel sympathy for your situation however it is impossible for me when i have to listen to alliance call all of this horde bias. by all means take all this supposed bias and keep it i don’t want it
Real question to the Alliance players here. Are you absolutely sure you want the current writers to give you the same “focus” as they do with the Horde story? I don’t know about you but that sounds like a monkey’s paw scenario.
I think it’s turning into less how the Alliance players want it, and now more that it’s the next fun thing to say. Which is unfortunate, sadly.
If it means swapping stories over then yes actually, I would trade anything over a WoT type event xd.
Perhaps it is because I haven’t had the luxury of having an imminent civil war let alone having one before but I would rather trade that with how the Alliance (mainly the Night Elves) were treated in the WoT.
I’m sick of being with a bunch of incompetent simpletons which inflict more damage upon themselves than the enemy and I would like to trade that with the villain bat to see if I prefer that version of bad writing to this one, especially if the villain bat hits a character who I already dislike cough Tyrande
I would personally be willing to let that kind of event be Thunder Bluff. Just to drill that notion in. It’ll give Sylvanas the ammo she’ll want and probably be more likeable.
well Vol´jin did become even he did betray Garrosh also, what was just as bad as Sylvanas, so anything is possible.
oh btw some forsaken when killed also say peace at last, something in that way cant rember relay how it was.
Another day, another forsaken hate thread. It’s not easy being dead.
I know both sides suffer.
I just make it clear what I want to see in the Story.
the Alliance struggling to stay united cos’ of Anduin’s empathy for his enemies the countless wounds on either side of the past and that sort of thing.
But noo instead the Horde has -question itself once more-
I dunno about that, If you ask me the Horde is doing well at slapping itself in the face also. I mean, I really have to question the mental health of a commander whos first idea when told “We are weeks from losing” is “Lol, I’m gonna piss off the most powerful mage by wiping my backside with the biggest cornerstone of my culture, that’ll show em!”
Just pray that, if you do get the chance to enjoy this plot on Alliance, that Blizzard only do it once. The second time is not nearly as fun, trust me.
I still can’t understand why Sylvanas started such a stupid war if she can’t win it. Blizz is just cruel to the Horde…
Because of plot, and likely some redeeming factor that will be mentioned in the late part of the xpac. Her actions will be justified, even Teldrassil.
Well, perhaps. But change Thunderbluff to Under City and Orgrimmar xd.
That is true I guess… I dunno really, I wouldn’t mind near as much if the effects of this war weren’t so permanent and would affect everything going forward. If this was just a normal war then I could largely brush most of this off and it wouldn’t have nowhere near what we have now.
Then it would be Underbluff!
