I migrate from Gandling EU to Nethergarde keep, more than 1 month ago, but on the blizard forum my character still appear in Gandling and for this reason i cant import my character on the warcraft logs site. can a gm help me pls?
You can fix this yourself by logging out, changing your password, and logging back in. That forces an update.
But if you REALLY want a GM to help, then you are going to have to make an in-game ticket, as the forums cannot be used to skip the ticket system.

PS. Don’t make a ticket, try the log out/change password/log in first. (Actually just logging out of and back into the forums can work so maybe try that first).

thx guys, i’ve actually already open a ticket, the GM forced an upload but nothing changed… that’s why i was asking here
