Forum avatar not updating

Hi,

my classic forum avatar stopped updating ever since the classic era - tbc split. It keeps showing a copy of my classic ERA character, and it completely ignores my copy that carried over. All of my other characters are okay, except this one. It’s been like that since the split. I’ve always been okay with it, but now that I faction changed I’d like my forums avatar to reflect that.

I’ve done all that relog, change password nonsense, nothing helps. Please look into this.

When you click on Change Character, can you select the copy that carried over? Or the list of character only includes the Era character?

Log out, clear cookies and log back in again, it usually helps.

A bug preventing players to change their avatar on the forums was fixed last week. If you’re still seeing this issue on your end, please do try to force a refresh on the page (CTLR+F5), clear your browser’s cache, and log out/log in.
