It’s been a while now, but the list of my characters won’t update here on the forums. I can’t, for instance, switch to my other new characters, I have to stick with my “old” ones.
Is there anything I can do or is it a known issue and I just have to wait?

This is indeed something that has been reported, and not something we can refresh directly ourselves. Some have reported that logging out and back into the forum can help refresh the list.

I had tried before, but always from my mobile phone. Trying from my computer fixed the problem it seems! Thanks a lot!
