I reported this individual for trolling yesterday, yet he has been able to carry on. When are you going to do something about him?
Blizzard will eventually look at your reports and act on it. Since it’s not too serious they may just warn the poster.

If you see another user on these forums break the Code of conduct, please do report them, and a moderator will take care of the report as soon as possible.
I would also generally advise not to engage with the toxic posts in question, as they can unfortunately make you break the rules yourself in the heat of the moment.
That being said, I’ve edited / removed the post form your thread, and I’ll now lock this.
Once again, please do report other users if you feel like they’re harassing you, and try not to engage with them. Thank you!
