Hi,
Since this week I can’t post or reply on the forums from any PC. I keep getting the message:
> “You need a level 10 character to post on the forums. If you need help with an account or technical issue, contact Blizzard Support.”
Everything works fine on my phone with the same account and login method (same Battle.net email, password, and 2FA).
I already:
Cleared cache and cookies multiple times
Tried different browsers and incognito mode
Logged in and out many times
Flushed DNS
…..
My account is EU and I’m on the correct forum. It was working fine from PC before.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a PC/browser-related issue or something with the forum itself?
EDIT:
Even here via phone, when I check if I can change character for posting (alt or so) I don’t see them at all.
BLIZZ told me everything looks okay

For some reason I can’t post on my Retail character. I can choose only Classic ones. All Retail are gone.

Hey,
Thank you for posting all this information.
Have you tried checking if your characters load on the Armory? If they’re not, you’ll usually not be able to use them to post on the forums.

SAME! And when I searched for some other guys that I follow same thing happens.
This is fine.

This error appear when tryin to use armory.

Can only use my Classic chars on forums, don’t see a single retail char?
Tried to log out everywhere, deleting cookies, restarting everything but no change.
What happened?

Same, I’ve cleared my cache and restarted my PC. Logged out of forums and back in multiple times and done everything i can suggest online but no luck. I can’t see any of my retail characters on the forums at all suddenly.

Any news on the links from user profiles not leading to their character armory pages?
The function has been dysfunctional since the last forum update, two weeks as of today.

I got forcefully logged out today as well. This is the only character I’m allowed to post on. All my retail characters are not available.

logged out and logged in can only post with this paladin or a lvl 12 panda war

on armory i search the name of my retail paladin and i get error 500

same on my retail paladin bought a name change
thought to log out and log in so name on forum “updates“ and been stuck like this
