I hate it… especially on mobile. I frequent this site while I’m at work!

Is there an option to hide pinned topics? It’s a minor inconvenience but I dislike having to scroll past them to reach the new discussion threads.

I don’t like the new pinned threads at all. They’re very ‘boxy’, a different font and the writing’s very grey which makes it hard to read.

I like how they changed something nobody wanted yet still didn’t change Alexstrasza to Xally.

Or even just reducing them in side so they’re not obtrusively in the way of the actual content (i.e. the non-pinned threads). It reminds me of those awful tabloid news websites where there are huge advertisements at the top before you get to any content.

The pinned posts looked different to me but that’s about it. What are people seeing differently?

also the color of the website is not the same
make the the text and icons bigger and it will be fine
Also each individual pinned post seems to be in its own box. The colour of the text doesn’t stand out like it does in normal posts, possibly because there’s less contrast between text and background colours. For me it’s harder to read and also doesn’t look a very welcoming start to the forum.

Yeah the pinned posts are the only difference I can actually discern but that’s not to say there aren’t other changes. I’m just not noticing anything else.

That is temporarily not in it’s usual place but they are aware.

wow forum needs new fresh look and now it is quite boring!

I am disappointed that it’s still the previous expansion banner. Either they need to go for something generic wow or actually update to this expansion.
website designers gotta keep updating the layout, so that they can tell their boss that they’re doing something useful.

I presume the updates come from discourse themselves, and then they tweak it to suit WoW’s purposes.
Yes it changed, but as with the last round of changed we will get used to it.
