I trying to continue through the DragonFlight campaign but I couldn’t do that dungeon because no one is doing it. I’ve spent 19 min to find a group but no luck. So how can I progress through the campaign without this mission?
This quest is a profession specific quest and not tied to the main campaign at all, in fact it was timegated to a couple weeks after the expansion started so most people only did it when they were max level.
I hope you have other quests in your quest log or at least know where to find them because this is not the line you should worry about at the moment.
But it is listed under the campaign tab and it is mandatory to progress.

Ok finally I’ve found a group and done it 
Congrats. Know that you’ll have skips for that once you finish it on atleast one character. No need to go through all of that again.
