Hey there Dajkõ.

I can see you have already put in quite a bit of time trying to resolve this problem.
Let’s start by making sure that you have tried the steps outlined in the “Performance (FPS) Issues)” troubleshooting guide.

Specifically I would suggest that after making sure you have double checked the first few steps, that you try step 1 under the advanced section to see if that helps.

If you find that this still does not help please do not hesitate to open up a ticket so that a Game Master can have a look. Its often very helpful if you make sure to gather your system files and attach them to the ticket.

I hope this helps!

I’m having a similar problem on Mechagon, an only when flying in or out of Rustbolt. im playing with V-sync on tho, but im dropping from 60 down to 30ish… an with alot of stuttering

my system is =

here is what I’ve tried so far.

Setting my rams to the correct speed… but that caused my PC to fail on booting like 50% of the times. so i rolled that back again. also it didn’t make any changes to my issue with Rustbolt.
Tried OC’ing my CPU an GPU. while i had the ram on the correct speed. still no changes at all…

the last Black Friday i purchased a new PC in hopes of that might fix my problem… here is the specs

Intel Core i7-8700 Processor
HyperX Fury DDR4 2666MHz 16GB
ASUS ROG Strix B360-F Gaming, S-1151
Kingston A1000 240GB M.2 SSD

an then i used the old PSU (1k W gold plated) an GPU GTX 1080SC with that build aswell.
an i wasn’t using any of my of SSDs or HDDs while testing on this “new PC”

the only difference i could feel on my old an new PC was the windows boot time. nothing in-game except abit faster loading screens… but i was still experience the same major fps drops in Rustbolt.

also I’ve tried reinstalling windows i don’t know how many times, running with different windows update builds an updated BIOS with every version available for my motherboard… still no ingame change…

an then i can go visit my brother who have 0 problems with WoW at all. an his PC specs is like stone age compared to mine.

I’ve also tried disabling all my addons while doing those tests but ye… no changes …

an now i’m kinda out of ideas an what i can try next…

but after i saw this post an saw i was not the only one with this annoying issue… then i’m pretty sure its on your end rather than my end.

Kind Regards
Cyfoz

Update:

Today I decided to do a new windows installation. After the installation I immediately installed the graphics drivers. Then I installed WoW without the addons and checked to see if I still had a problem. I would check every little bit to see if I had the same problem in the game. So I installed Aorus utility engine, RGB fusion, Logitech G hub, Steam, Viber, Discord(everything im using). In the end I turned on the antivirus and checked the game and there were no more problems. Obviously, this order was needed to avoid any installation errors or junk registry. Thanks to all gamemasters who tried to help me!Hope that this topic will help someone with similar issues, thanks!
