Hi!
I thought this was gonna be a good setup for World of Warcraft.
I’m at 7 for quality with some settings lowered and I can’t reach my target stable 100 FPS even while standing still.

Please check out the Support Article for Performance issues and work through the steps. Make sure to expand the Advanced Troubleshooting section and check those also.
Only 3 points? I got more if needed:

There is a problem in WoW after patch 9.0.5 that limits the FPS, especially in Spires of Ascension. With 5900X and RTX 3070 at 3440x1440 without FPS limit I was getting 115-325 average FPS so your setup must pull same numbers.
Aside of WoW playing tricks after that patch check your system performance - maybe the GPU driver/Windows is also causing problems leading to lower than expected performance. Or some thermal problems. Unigine Superposition, 3DMark benchmarks should show long term performance while Userbenchmark can be used to check short/peak performance (percentiles given under each component on the list).

That’s within result set on their webiste so you have to debug bit more. There also may be some issue with latest drivers:

But that’s not certain.
THAT was very interesting, I tried the old driver and now it’s often 90-100 FPS but sometimes it drops to like 50 and slowly builds up again.
