FPS Issues on a Gaming Laptop

Hello,

As soon as I started playing on Official Servers (March, 2018) I started experiencing performance (FPS) issues. My FPS is jumping from 60 to 28, also recently from time to time when I launch the game my fps is stuck on 2-3 until I restart the game. I only experience FPS issues on World of Warcraft, all other games run smoothly on Ultra High without any problems at all.

I went through countless amount of posts on how to fix it, nothing seem to work. Tried adding WoW to the 3D setting via the NVIDIA Control Panel, changing my Graphic Settings (currently set on 7 overall), changing between 11-12 DirectX (no changes at all). Drivers are constantly up to date Internet connection is good, never had more than 22ms nor any lag network related. I got quite a lot of addons however from what I know, they’re not the reason to why I experience FPS problems, because I tried disabling/deleting all of them and the FPS improved by 3-5.

Laptop: Acer Aspire VX15 VX5-591G.
Specs:
i7-7700HQ
1050Ti 4GB
8GB Ram DDR4

Current Video Settings:
Graphics Quality set on 7 (as mentioned above).
Advanced Graphics:

Triple Buffering - Disabled
Reduce Input Lag - Disabled
MSAA - None
Multisample - Enabled
Post-Process AA - None
Resample Quality - None
Graphics API - DirectX 12
Physics Interaction - Player Only
Max Foreground FPS is unchecked.

I am literally out of ideas how can I fix this rather annoying problem, can it be Windows 10 related? Because my Windows is not activated ? Perhaps some Video settings need to be changed ?

If any of you lot have any suggestion on how I am able to fix it, please comment down below, any useful information is highly appreciated and welcome.

P.S. Sorry for the grammar mistakes, furious typing got to me.

Regards,
