hello I am having a interesting issue about few weeks. When I am enter game my fps is going down like 1 between 5 and screen freezing about 20 or 30 sec, then its going my normal fps . I am having this issue when I am joining any dungeon party too but shorter, like 10 sec. I format my pc, clean inside of pc I did everyhing but still having this issue. Its like system scanning something in that time. Anyone can help me?
