FPS started to drop ever since Siren Isle came out

Now i dont have a super computer but i can tell you normal 10v10 bgs never lagged for me and now they do.
I have upgraded all my drivers, all my addons, i tried the game without addos as well.
I play on minal settings now so… yeash
40 fps in Dornagal.
20 -40 fps in Raids and Epic bgs.
30-50 fps in 10v10 bgs.
This has never been the case for me until the last patch.

Here are my specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
32,0 GB- Gskills Ripjaws. (x4)
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 SUPER

My pc is 6 years old now. Hope this helps.

I came back after like 3 months and I instantly noticed how FPS dropped compared to what I was used to.
Obviously the optimization is getting worse and worse as the game code swells.
