its always like this on new patch they are fixing it

I’m already terrified what the raid is going to be like on our 30 man HC run…
I doubt we’ll have 60 FPS combined.

Ryxen 5600x and a gtx 1660 super.
no problems, everything runs perfectly and no lag.
there is max fps here.
but there have been countless threads where those with the larger graphics cards have problems for one reason or another.

No problem here 5900x and 3080

Is it like that without addons?

There are so many things that can affect it that its difficult to try and diagnose it on the forums.
Could be drivers could be other software running, addons, faulty hardware… a number of things.

7600x and 1070ti, my fps is exactly the same as it always is, No difference there since 10.2

Try rolling back to a 537.XX version of the Nvidia game ready driver using DDU. The last few driver releases have caused problems for many people.

Also worth clearing out any old weak auras, some of those are terrible.

I’m not saying there aren’t other issues ofc. Seen a fair few complaints about fps.

3070 here with no issues.

Wow is a processor heavy game from what I recall so maybe the issue is not your gpu?

i don’t have any issues either. could be the last straw for your ram . if not then it could be about addons especially if you use ones that did not push an update for 10.2. if you still have issues after checking these, then consider the possibility of a virus

If you have an AMD card and using FSR, your FPS is reduced in half since the update. Just disabled it until they fix it. And it’s probably same for DLSS.

Ryzen 7 3700x and RTX 3080 12Gb Rog Strix OC at this end, and prior to 10.2 centre of Valdrakken was 17-23 FPS … Interestingly turning my Graphics to 1 improved it only a little to 35 FPS.

Post 10.2 same place im at 34 FPS on Ultra (everything set highest it can go)

Yeah im not sure whats going on lately.

FPS in valdrakken almost entirely depends on how many people are around you at the moment.

the 17-23 for me was with around 15 people spread out over the whole court yard in the centre of valdrakken. Which suffice to say is no where near enough to impact it to that degree. Or at least should be.

perhaps as others state, if you did update NVIDIA experience software recently, maybe it’s the issue role back to the previous version with a clean install, no need to explain for you to adjust the setting within NVIDIA panel i guess.
