When I started WoW this morning there’s a very annoying timer ( play time, real time and fps) in the upper left between my portrait and my titan bar. How do I get rid of it?
I swear I saw a thread about exactly this yesterday either here or in General with answers by Shammoz but it’s vanished.
It’s almost certainly something caused by a add-on so I recommend you reset the UI completely to see if it’s an add on causing the problem - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/7549
It’s also possible it’s some sort of overlay that you have on the screen so it would be worth checking that too.
I thought it’s add-on related as well. Disabled all of them but still there
You need to reset the UI completely. Disabling add-ons usually isn’t enough. They need to be removed temporarily.
It’s weird, that thread is gone from my history and everything.
I suspected an addon or overlay causing it.
This thread?
If so its Razer Cortex then
Thank you! I thought I was going mad for a moment there…
More coffee, that fixes everything.
Good point!
Shuffles off to the coffee machine
I have razor cortex and there was an update today
Hopefully that’s sorted it?

It is there too track if you have a life or not, so if ppl call you a no-life you can just screenshot it too prove they’re right.
I’ve found the solution. Start the Razor Cortex app. Go to the Game Booster tab, then In-game tab. Turn of custom display switch.
Thanks Epideme for pointing out RC was the culprit
