Obviously Blizzard is dead cause they wont fix Kazzak and Draenor
just give us free realm transfer and a free game time because we suffered enough
yesterday we had to wait 1 hour and 30 mints to get in the server and actually start playing shadowlands while other people already hit level 52
people took days off from work to play the game…
If they refuse to fix their servers then the only viable alternative is a free transfer away from the highest population servers.
with the amount of replies here i cannot believe it still has not got blizz,s attention maybe i need to go onto twitter and say something

That’s kind of the problem we have here. With the arrogant stance Blizzard seems to be taking: Ignore them, they won’t quit anyway - even if we don’t upscale the servers ($$$$).
I took time off from work to play on EU and basically it feels like this issue is ignored and negelcted. Please compensate for those players not having the chance to play the game. It is absolutely understandable that launch day is quite chaotic and overcrowded but this is not acceptable. Free realm transfer asap.
A free realm transfer is REQ if you cant handle to FIX these servers.

i would even be happy with a small xp catch up mechanic seen as we lost over an hour on the launch and now this

Hardware as a service literally exists - server capacity should be agile enough to react to load - like any other company managing big data - its not good enough!

I work in software and just a few weeks ago we launched a new product in 160 countries. What you are saying is 100% true. This is just blizzard not bothering to adapt or very greedy.
