I hope so at least they will gave us some XP boost for 24h… we lost almost whole day, instead of leveling…

I pay a monthly subscription for something that doesn’t work? Worked all day and can’t even wind down and play. We need some form of compensation or just fix the infrastructure.
Would be more than happy to transfer to another server by now - totally agree. Please offer free transfer.

Yes I would like that option too. Shadowlands was going to be launched at the same time, so all ppl cant start from 0 together. Well thanks, I managed to play a bit with extreme lag. Now the game is totally unplayable- having to wait 3-4 min to click an NPC, then 2-3 min to return a quest, aand then 2-3 min more to eventually accept next quest. Friends tried to invite us in their party which is in another realm, same garbage. This is totally unacceptable.

In queue for 2 hours now, even when on before it’s 5 mins to loot anything. why are they not addressing this.
Totally unplayable for 2nd day in a row?tell me why we prepaid the game like a year ago?tell me why we renew our subscriptions?tell me why we changed our schedules?this is tragic for a company like blizzard…Do something ,say something…i dont know if it has to be free game time or free transfer…But if you want to be named big company take a step ahead and say/apologise to your customers…you knew this was gonna happen and you didnt do anything

Me an my boyfriend cant play together because i get permanently disconnected this afternoon. Havent played this day… while he can.
We would leave the Realm with all our Characters the second it becomes free…

after around 15 years this company have still not manage to handle the stress on the servers when its new expansion, i barely handled in the first quest then its impossible to log in.
maby its time to upgrade to better servers ?

I’d like to know how 2 people who queued after me and are now in the game before me while I still sit with 3.4k in the queue in front of me. I seen a screenshot of their queue… Unreal blizz, piss poor

I wouldn’t worry about the queue at this point. When you hit the front of it you’ll sit on a black screen for 5-10 minutes then try and load your character in for another 10 minutes then get disconnected and start the whole process again.
