Last time they offered free character migration it was Draenor to Emerald Dream or Shadowsong and Kazzak to Bladefist or Drak’thul.
Call me a skeptic but I have a feeling most would decline to move to low pop realms.
If you want to move from full to high then pay up.
yes but the problem is that i have mail in the box on my main, so i cant transfer him maybe the servers will be better after reset d: crossing fingers
Nice company Blizzard! Really! You guys can’t forsee that a lot of people are going to play the game at it’s release? You can’t scale your servers and do performance tests before release?
First it’s totaly unplayable with huge lags where you can’t do anything. Then I get d/c and wait 2 hours queue and when it reached 1k ppl (from 5k) i get d/c again and have to wait 6k ppl? Nice payed service!
BTW game looks pretty much like last expansion so far. Great creative minds in this company!

its gonna be worse after reset,cus literally everyone will want to log back in ,so rip my dude xD
180 min queue now instead of being stuck on “logging to servers”
This is why I stayed up all night and didn’t log out yesterday on Draenor, knew this was coming. Glad I already hit 60.

So much for sharding stopping queues, another night totally wasted because of pishy servers
they using AWS as well which caused tons of issue for a lot of players now i cant even get into the queue anymore stuck on logging to game server a day passed and nothing happened
They are using their own servers in a datacenter, not AWS. Nothing about WoW scales automatically and high population servers are just generally screwed.
Grats. Draenor kicked me out of the game 1 hour before launch, could never get back in. Today after work, the same thing. I actually put a swear word in that sentence but the forums wouldn’t allow it.

I had few hours of play during the day but in the afternoon it is complete madness. Either Blizzard does not have a adequate IT team to size their VMs properly or just doesnt give a s***t about it.
I know I am going to play normally in 2 weeks when the hype is gone, but should I wait for 2 weeks when I am paying to play full month ?
3500+ queue on Draenor.
This is really FRUSTRATING.

nothing changed, maintenance or not. I’ve been looking at queues , black character screens and 70 - 90% filled loading screens since 14.00 this afternoon (almost 22.00 now). I’ve seen 30 min queues, 40 min. queues, hell I’m looking at one that’s 167 mins as I type this. This is just unacceptable after having undergone the same experience the last expansions on these realms.
I’ve been running beta for weeks, barely had any issues, not even during the recent stress test. Last night everything seemed to go pretty well for me, but pure crap from the guys I was supposed to level with. Resulting in me having to wait online for over an hour and a half for them to catch up. And now this sh!tshow.
At this point I’m even considering playing and leveling toons on a lower populated alliance realm I used to play on and still have some long forgotten toons, if I’d only get past the queue!
Also please do consider opening Free transfers off of the high pop realms. I do think a serious amount of people would prefer this over this current Login server fiasco.

so i tryed logging into another realm where i got some low lvl alts no problem but every f****** time draenor is f*****i ahve bin trying to log in from 18:00 till 22:06 atm and still in a 40 minute que so wehnwill you fix this problem because every xpack you do has the same problem
im in queue since 18h50and now its 21h07 here .,… pos 454 now at kazzak. Instead of being hyped im getting ansious im gonna get stuck at a loading, not getting my acess chars or got forbid an error that would send me to the end of the line.
Give my guild a free transfer and we’ll move out, lower the queue etc.
I feel you, 600 here and I’m worried it’s gonna go to sheeit when I finally get in
i logged in 7am my friends at 8am. they are playing on kazzak and im still in queue. at position 1000+. gg wp. and as always blizzard doesnt care, they got the money.

Doesnt matter if your queue goes down to 1, you’ll get black char screen for a long time before your characters load and then when you do log in the loading screen will take another 15 mins ish. Then the lag…
