Free character migration - character stuck

Hallo
I’ve used the free character migration on season of mastery to classic era.

During the service I accidently returned some mail from a bank alt to the transferring character and it has now been stuck for 2 days - which I suspect causes the problem. My friends transferred aswell and it was completed after ½ hour.

Is there any way to solve this problem or is it only through ticket? I can see it’s 4 days estimated response time, so it’s kinda annoying that we cannot play together for that long.

If it’s stuck you should be able to log into the character and collect the mail.

The transfer is still pending, so I cannot log in on that character, unfortunately.

If you can’t log in on the character I think you will have to raise a ticket to have this problem fixed.

As long as you have tried that’s all you can do until they answer the ticket.
