Free Character Moves for Chaos Bolt-EU?

Considering blizzard offered free character transfers from Chaos Bolt-US to Crusader Strike-US and promised that players will not have to be stuck on any realm that falls short of viability anytime during this season. Why is free character transfers not offered to Chaos Bolt-EU. The realm population is even in a worse state on Chaos Bolt-EU than it was on Chaos Bolt-US

I would guess the US version actually does have a lower population than the EU one. And why would they let people move from a PvP realm to an RP-PvP realm?

who said anything about RP-PVP? There are other alternatives than Crusader Strike-EU

Well, you did. Crusader Strike is RP-PvP

My point was not moving from a PVP to RPVP server

Since the other PvP realms are marked as Full, then you wouldn’t be allowed to move to them.

Also, isn’t character creation locked on those two for one faction?
