Tried to use free character transfer from Razorgore (dead now) to firemaw that actually has a community on Era.
The button for free character transfer exists in the shop, but there is no Firemaw (or any other option of server) in the box: Transfer server…
Any help?

You’re right it could be affecting Classic Era transfers as well but I removed it in case it is not relevant.
I read this issue as specific to SoM-> era transfers, In my case its era->era…
maybe something got mixed up and it also affects era transfers also
