I used the free character transfer to use my characters from a less populated realm to a more populated realm as is being forced by Blizzard. However, one of my characters did not complete the transfer is now stuck as I cannot log in to the character with getting the message “login failed”. Additionally, the character cannot be moved using the free transfer service as it is claimed that the character has mail. And on top of this, the automated mail retrieval service does not work to solve this issue, nor does the automated unstuck character service.
My issue here is that I have been trying to contact Blizzard support for 10 days about my issue seeking to get it resolved as I am quite fond of the character that has been rendered unplayable. I get automated answer again and again with many days inbetween, clearly my issue is not read into as the responses I get have nothing to do with the issue at hand.
So, I reach out to the forum now seeking if anybody else had any similar issue and how did you resolve it? I am at wit’s end about this and so the question now is: 1. What is the best channel to reach a human at Blizzard’s support and 2. Did you have a similar issue and how did you solve it?
And please, if a human at Blizzard sees this, help me!

First, it’s better to move with the pencil icon next to the title or create the same topic in the customer support section of the forum.
If you have opened a ticket (and you should because forum staff won’t be able to solve your problem) is it still open? Don’t open additional tickets and reopen the oldest one if it’s closed.
Sounds like your character has received mail while in the process of transfer. If nothing else helps, the email should auto delete 30 days after receiving and hopefully will free your character.
