Did the free transfers stop since today or are they coming back after the maintance tomorrow?
If not, are there any words spread about swapping servers by paying for it?

Additionally Support has no information about PCT becoming available for the Classic Realms. If any of such were to happen an announcement will be made through the usual channels.
How come Stonespire isn’t in the list?

Did you meant “Stonespine” perhaps? Support is unable to tell you why as the Community team are the ones deciding which realms are getting the FCM’s.
Regardless, Stonespine have been added as well to receive FCM from what I’ve seen on the updated post within said link. It’s best to keep to keep an eye out for updates in that sticky thread.
