Hey ive contacted you guys about free game time , you said its possible. Well i need it now pretty urgently , i did make a ticket 3 days ago and no answer. Im typing this here now so hopefully someone can just inject the game time , 2 days i believe was the max you could give me. The reason is i need time to make money for a wow token.
You can clearly see on my earlier tickets that you guys promised me ill get free game time if i contact you in the future. ( i had already bought game time before you could answer me that ) So here iam , asking.

Only a GM can do this for you.
Forum staff are not GM’s, and GM’s don’t read the forums.
Ticket is the only way to contact them, I am afraid.

Blues are not GM’s. They are “External Communications Specialists”, and even if they were, they are not allowed to permit the forums to be used to bypass the ticket queues (this has been confirmed by a Blue, many times).
