Sure. However, I think it’s a bit steep of a pricetag for something so basic. They could at the very least offer a free name change/race change e.g. every few months to encourage customer loyalty or something along those lines. I don’t see how that’d hurt their business.
Then no one would use their services. They’d all just wait for the free rotation. It would be a very bad business move.
I think “No one” is a bit much to assume. There are people who makes use of these services several times. You can make it reasonable for both the customer as well as blizzard: if the amount of time is 3 months and you can’t accumulate “charges” then it’d be fine.

I have found an old character that I can restore so I’m going to try it. I do need to update my old machine so it may take a while. It worked. Ok that’s weird, the account has a 110 boost on it and no BfA.

Because 90% of gamesæ would not even allow you to change name, could be that im just a boomer but back in my days the only way to namechange was new account
