Blizzard should make WoW free to play during this unsettling time, With a lot of people having to isolate themselves, it would help in killing those hours. It would be good PR too. Lot’s of businesses are trying to help their customers in some way as well as the man on the street looking out for people in their community.

If we’re not paying, how are we customers exactly? And contrary to popular belief, running WoW isn’t free. The income from subscriptions, and micro-transactions for that matter, keeps the server lights on and the employees paid.

And if they do, the servers will be overloaded, lagging, dcing.
And then u will cry why WoW is f2p, or why servers lagging.

I prefer the fast levelling to any free game time. Personally this is of far more benefit and I can level my Vulpera and my Mechagnome. It gives me more to do in my spare time.

Feels bad for me. Apparently I am a “key worker” (don’t work in health or food) so I have to carry on working while everybody I know has been relieved or can work at home.

Think ppl are going a bit OTT here. No one’s begging, no one’s asking to make a profit out of a bad situation. I’m talking about helping people who may be in a bad situation. Forced to stay at home, can’t earn more because they can’t go to work etc. Now recognising the people that really need any help is another thing.
I just thought it would be a nice gesture from Blizzard if they could help some, if not all. Bit overboard with the trying to make a profit here. I’m almost certain the guys making those types of comments have lots of good friends /sarcasm off.
