Not all boosters sell gold. In fact i know a lot of boosters actually need the gold to raid: buying pots, flasks, food etc.

Got any idea how much raiding costs? Plus not to even talk about whether or not they do serious m+.
These boosters dont earn millions unless they really spend a lot of time on it.
Let people do whatever they want with their gold (those people buying boosts) as it is not your gold.
But yeah I supoose he is right, theres a thread about it, i just noticed lol

sould like Blizzard Not care about threads . I did not search freehold boosters*
I just open a Topic what I want to say.
No they don’t need to go, they offer a nice quick way to level up and they worked their characters for it. Let them get their gold.

And in the meantime they elevate the unwilling and unskilled outside of their skill ceiling causing massive failures in that respected skill level range, and those who reached it themselfs suffering in the end.
Same thing happened in League of Legends with people boosting others or selling boosted accounts, and League playerbase was shrinking, well is shrinking again beside one influx of players after HotS esport scene cancellation.
Same with WoW, people just leave in droves.

How am I gonna level from 110 to 120 without those boosters? Just tell me that and I’ll agree with you.
There is a 5M gold mount in the game right now. A 2M mount from legion. There are also really expensive mounts, toys, transmog and pets in the AH or in the BMAH that people want. Honestly there is plenty to spend tons of gold on.

Its a level boost not mythic + or curves way to go to miss the point .

It is not against the rules to offer boost services providing they are only taking payment in in-game gold. People do not have to risk their accounts going to gold selling sites because Blizzard offers a token you can put on the AH and get gold in exchange for. Checking today, a token is worth approximately 180k gold.
Blizzard can’t do anything to shut down third party sites who sell services because it’s not against the law. However they can take action against accounts within World of Warcraft if they break the rules/terms and conditions/.

I also think they need to go.
In fact i think experience from dungeons should go away. It should be 1 time a day, same amount of xp of a quest.
Lol? People getting their levels themselves over getting boosted isn’t going to make them better players… esp from 110-120
I… am not sure I believe people who say it’s about money for the consumables.
Let’s talk flasks. Every alchemist can now transmute 10 anchor weed per day; or 2 flasks, assuming zero procs. You need 12 flasks for a cauldron, so 6 alchemists in your raid team can cover a cauldron per day for the raid with literally no farming. If you’re fairly normal, you probably raid 2-4 times per week, so around 2-3 cauldrons per raid, with again, zero farming of the weed. Just doing emissaries and watching the radar, you’re likely to pick up another bundle; not to mention cauldrons provide 25 flasks, not just 20.
Food? It’s easy to supply yourself with food, or dedicate a few people to each ingredient of a feast. Everyone who’s not an alchemist, that’s your job. Organise, work out who prefers farming meat vs fish, and dedicate people to X of a particular item per week. It will take less time to actually do than you will spend debating who does what.
Potions? I get that dps classes tend to burn a lot if you’re into pre-potting, and it does get to be a lot for 6 alchemists to carry. So what are your non alchemists doing? What are their alts doing? There’s not a lot of other profitable professions right now, why doesn’t everyone have access to their own herbalist for a few minutes every day?
Back in TBC+Wrath, my guild expected everyone to maintain 2 crafting professions on my main for the combat buffs, and a gathering alt to contribute to guild stocks. It was just what we did, there was no gold buying, and the couple of folks who went to china for it were appropriately ridiculed for being soft.
I do not think it is harder now than it was then… I think people just prefer to jump up and down in Origrimmar rather than use their time for anything effective.

mounts, tcg items, bmah, transmogs, game time.
Not everyone likes low lvl derping, for a big chunk of players reaching max lvl is just the beginning of the fun in which we boosters help them. It’s a service.
Nowadays ppl who boost for this price get 1 unlucky guy to boost every 2-3 weeks so they barely earn a token. The prices are lower now since heirlooms can be upgraded to 120.
You’re more likely to meet people who will power level you for 10-15k/level which is around 1-2 hrs of farming raw gold or materials.
To be honest at the moment my only real fun in wow is freehold farming/boosting. If the advertisement bothers you please just leave trade chat but do not ask Blizzard to remove fun from the game.
If you want to get boosted later when you changed your mind you can still rejoin trade/check LFG

dont blame the free market, blame the consumers (aka players:P)
if blizzard token was reasonably priced there wouldn’t be boosters or gold sellers xd
