Hi guys, so im not talking about freezing my game when i alt tab since january or some… tried many things to fix that, nothing helps (i have good pc)… but since TODAY new patch, it starts freezing hardly, it freeze, when i dont even alt tab and then it left some green things on screen. anyone having same issue? i watched forums and saw many people having this kind of issue. but this hard?? since today? wow

I’ve got the same issue. My screen freezes for a few seconds, then when everything comes back, I have a lot of tearing and neon-green artifacts on the screen, like my GPU is failing (it isn’t). I suspect it could be addon-related, but I’m not sure.

Hi, this happens to me after opening appearance tab and trasnmog tab on mount, game freezes for few seconds but only in Dornogal, other cities and maps are fine. I changed to DirectX 11 and no more freezes. Reccomend you try it.
This keeps happening in Undermine every 15 minutes. Last out of about 5 times so far the game froze, I got disconnected a moment later and when I came back all the textures in the game including the login screen were completely broken as if my graphics card had died.
There seems to be a memory leak as well as RAM utilization is unusually high in low traffic areas. It builds up toward 8k or more in Orgrimmar which is about three times the expected consumption.

-updated nvidia driver (from yesterday)
-switch from direct12 to direct11
-in battle net app i scanned and repair worldofwarcraft
this worked for me
Happy for you, but tons of people like me already done all that before and those random freezes still happen
