Frequent disconecting ~10-15 min

Hi,
Today I’m expiriencing very frustrating situation.
All day long I’m getting disconected from the game with WOW51900319 error.
This happen like every 7-10 min.

I review the old topics and there ware similar cases back then but with no real solution.
All i could get from the “old” forum post was to get winMTR data from when this event happen.

I’m posting it below

   WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

I have capture clip from the game when this happen but i cant post it here, but i hope you get a point now.

Any ideas how to fix it?

I have the same issue right now. Game is unplayable - it disconnects both WoW and Battle.net and then takes a while to get back up.

same here, it even glitched me out of map, if i wasnt dractyr that could glide back, who know long i would be there falling down

Same issue here, takes a while to get BNet back up after the DC as well. Internet connectivity perfectly fine otherwise.

Unplayable totally, wish that blizzard could finally do something with it.

All addons turned off, network connection is stable and it still kicks me out.

Also when idle in Battle Net app it gets disconnected. Don’t even need to be in game to see friends list disappear in app if that helps?

Guys try going to Bnet app settings and enabling the beta app for BNet. looks like it fixed the issue for me.

I also have this problem tried few options but it seems its Blizz’s fault after the update we can only w8 untill it will start working normal again and remember to report problem so they can act faster

When the issue is happening, looks like its hop #10 for me. 137.221.65.157 bottlenecking?

Same problem - I’m disconnected from Battle net every few minutes. No listed in regular “reset router, reset pc etc” items worked for me. Issue is on Blizzard side.

Same thing for me my bnet app keeps getting disconnected doesn’t matter if i’m in game or not, started happening after weekly reset, I tried deleting all associated data connected to battle net app and reintaling it
the whole app from 0, and it didn’t work. Disconnecting issue still persist on app and in game.
