I would otherwise agree, but it took Blizzard over a year to ban bots (the actual programs) in TBC. If they are smart enough with their leveling choice of place, the only way to get banned is to get mass reported. If you level in some isolated places/within instances, chances are you will never get enough reports which would automatically ban you.
I’ve seen same gathering bots running for months before they got finally banned due to the botting software detection.
For me its not that much about their advantage, but the world and economy sucks on old servers.
On fresh people run all dungeons at all levels, world is alive and people can do group quests without issues. Prices in AH are reasonable, compared to that, there are rare/epic items for lvl 50-60 for hundreds of gold on the “old” realms.
Overall the game is much more fun, people dont have pre-farmed materials and tons of gold. There is not just one faction on server, what happened to the old servers is just shameful and I dont really care about the 0.1% of players that rushed to lvl 70 already.
Those who said “I want to force German/French etc. to play on a English fresh serv because i’m afraid to not get population enough with me” are the same who are complaining about the Q.
You deserved what you get.

At second what’s your point, you desperately want the fresh to be ruined into the shthole server that you are playing on right now? It’s not happening, and will not happen any time soon.

Why didn’t you play seasons of mastery if you enjoyed “fresh” and leveling that much
you’re deluded and I feel for you I really do when you realise in few weeks to a month max
in 3 months you’ll be able to transfer too no??
Sure it will be eventually the same, but I am happy I can have fun on fresh atleast for a while.

You understand that Thekal will be way better then any other old realm, so if you want to play WotLK, it’s the best choice?

transfered to firemaw to play with friends in tbc but i eventually quit for retail. i honestly think fresh has been a great experience so far level a lock atm abnout to be 42 and once thats 70 ill level a pally. not really encountered bots yet so i dunno feels better then most servers
Oh and also is the lag adding to great fun gameplay? 
Got a char on Gehennas but now started on fresh and i like it alot. ofc there will be GDKP etc in the future but atm the world is alive.
lag is likely a you issue not all lag is blizz based

Pick Mograine. Came from Gehennas and it was a good choice to transfer.
My advice is that you should use your free transfer to Mograine.
