In 3 weeks those fresh people will replace everything like the rest of us and in 1-2 more months they will all quit.
They will buy gold and pay more for it.
I really don’t get the point of this but whatever.
Unlike most people I never considered prepatch or fresh servers as pony land. I played before on gehenas fully understanding (unlike most people from there who rly believed there would be no queues cause blizz will just add layers) what will be on prepatch and release. I had fun with gehenas prices for couple of weeks, now I find fun in fresh server (pve one ofc, I pity fools who stubbornly stay on pvp server queues) just because of leveling atmosphere. I don’t care about nolifers and boters who got 70 already. I enjoy waking stormwind and seeing people of different lvls, not 99% players 70 lvl on Amani bear or shop mount. I like chatting with new players.
Even if it will die in a month, I like spending here this month till rot and mold will start migrating here.

Kind of echoing Rivazar above - but for me at least WoW levelling is fun, but only with a bunch of other people levelling too. Not where your 1-70 experience can be essentially a single player grind, because almost everyone is capped and so the player population at your level is tiny. Fresh provides that opportunity - and yes, it is very much time gated.
This was the case in Classic. It was the case in TBC’s prepatch rush for BE/Draenei players (or non-boosting rerollers in general). Its going to be the case now. In 8 weeks very few people will be doing the 1-80 content.
So no - I don’t understand why the supersweats have rushed to 70 in about 72 hours and are now desperately throwing themselves into raids to have the best pre-wrath gear they can. I guess there’s a bit of ego of being the best on the server right now. And certainly the idea it “fixes the economy” is obviously nonsense. It will swiftly be drowned in bots, and GDKP runs to effectively wash that gold throughout the server.
But for at least these 8 weeks, Fresh will be the best way to play WoW. Which I suspect is why there’s twice as many people trying to play at peak times as Thekal can handle.

You just want to think that way, but there is no bots or same number how on old servers
u can group up u know , arrive at spawn point , get invited or invite ppl
there are layers too
fresh server is tons of fun , every zone is full of players leveling , there is a lot of ppl to do dungeons , economy is fresh (thats good and bad , since prices are low and buying mount takes a while , on other servers u get more gold for your low lvl stuff)
it will be a “normal” server in a few weeks? yes , but in the meantime is a blast

Fresh servers will give you a fresh experience for atleast a few weeks, and people enjoy it. There is nothing to argue about. Leave it.

I’m having an excellent time on fresh.
Got ganked by a lvl43 rogue near Bangalash in stv and he corpse camped me. Damn that’s annoying. But I figured he was going after Bangalash and was bored.
Grouped and managed to get him back for a couple of easy kills.
Then I popped back every 4/5min and each time he was right there. Half health with 4 mobs on him. The revenge was delicious and I repeated this three times for good measure before cracking on with my quests.
It’s the little things that make wow fun.

This can happen anywhere though, many situations the same but yeah ok
