Fresh lvl 60: What do I need to do?

The game doesn’t tell me what to do, so I come here for help.
What tasks need to be completed before I can access Zereth Mortis on a fresh lvl 60 character?

All I could find was:-

Unlocking Zereth Mortis

To unlock Zereth Mortis, you must work through Chapter 1 of the Eternity’s End, Into the Unknown. You should receive the first quest for the 9.2 Campaign, Call of the Primus, the moment you first log in on Patch 9.2’s launch.

Simple. Get max engi with all trinkets / reflectors, take your fresh gear and go destroy rank 10+ in wpvp
