You might need to research the tech I cba looking into it but currently Aug evoker can oneshot whole team with a single Eruption cast 80-0. I’ve already seen a guy on EU abusing this 1 eruption cast hits your entire team like 10 times (overloads?) up to 1,5mil each hit.
I tried to ask the guy what’s the abuse about but all he told me was that Aug is the worst class so it seems they are Frauds as well.
Eruption is aoe and does not overload. There is no abuse, as he said, aug is the weakest spec in PvP. Also this aug have 800 games and 2.1 CR, if it is that good as you think, he will have mutch more than 2.1k CR… You should try aug and you will understant. Aug is worst class in statistics and also in tier lists, I cant belive someone can think its op.

2 set is required Upheavel increases eruption damage. Few more modifiers Ebon might etc. All easy to get off with pvp talents Obsidian Mattle + Nullifying Shroud basicly guaranteed.
When you deep breath, you shoot out 3 eruptions at any target hit, up to 5 targets. It’s all AOE. Every hit gets a chance to proc bombardment.
The damage is shared so you either just send it into stacked people with pets ideally and nuke everyone for a solid 60% hp depending on rng even more.
Or you can deep breath isolated player so none of the damage shares and you can nuke someone for 2-3m per eruption 100-0 if no defensives are pressed.
It’s a PvE m+ design working as intended so perfect for arena ofc.

I can, since in PvP everything that kills you even once is OP by definition and always has been… I wery well remember the 10+ years of hate on frost mages being OP just because they had frostnova, that sort of self-centered idiocy running even more rampant in PvP than PvE is a big factore in why I haven´t engaged it since Cata. The community was, with all due respect, already a bunch of self aggrandizing little [insert preferred term of endearment here] before, wholly incapable of looking beyond their own spec, and it´s only gotten worse since. These days everybody that´s gotten 1k rating in SS thinks he´s a PvP god that knows everything, but still gets brutally fisted by a PvE firemage in a duel
