Anyone know how I can run the game with this everytime: /run SetCVar('nameplateShowOnlyNames', 1)
Why not press ctrl + V ??
You can just use Ctrl-V to turn nameplates on or off or Shft-Ctrl-V to turn all nameplates for friendly and enemy nameplates on or off. I personally only have enemy nameplates on otherwise it gets very messy.
If you want to configure them to your liking you might want to check out an addon called Plater on curseforge.
I need friendly nameplates on because I prefer the name tags, just not the health bars.
