From logic perspective which classes suit the Zandalari Troll the most? (DPS-wise)

I reckon: Balance Druid, Arms Warrior, Shadow Priest (not sure about Paladins).

I think these 3 are the most suitable classes for Zandalari Troll.

Please let me know your thoughts, I would much appreciate it.

Kul Tiran and Zandalari racials are both universally applicable to high degrees of efficiency, so go with what you like.

Thank you for your reply, Leymaiden but I want it from logic + lore wise to make sense, so the fantasy of the Game itself is enjoyed by the player who’s desire is 50% based on the Lore.

In that regard, if class abilities were to correspond to the Loa buffs:

The tank Loa buff is a shield, which fits protection warriors most since they are the tank which mitigates damage the most instead of healing it. Brewmaster monks also tie with it, but less.
The bleed Loa buff fits arms warriors, assassin rogues, feral druids and beastmaster hunters thematically just as much since they are all bleed related speccs.
The leech loa would mostly fit warlocks, which Zandalari can’t be. The bleed Loa will also probably be better for DPS anyway.
The heal related Loa fits all healers equally(it’s a bit generic), so holy/disc priests, resto druids.mistweaver monks and holy paladins are all within reason.
The critical procc Loa is also a bit too generic, but I guess mages and windwalker monks? The bleed procc will most likely be better anyway.

At least how I’d view it thematically.

Would be amazing if WoW surprised us when they release Zandalari Troll Race in 7/8 months time introducing exclusive class available only for Zandalari Trolls - Witch Doctor.

Zandalari Troll Witch Doctor sounds amazing. (As in WC3 Rastakhan is a DPS/Healer Witch Doctor)

FYI - if you check the following URL you’ll see that Dexterity/Agility was never important or was in the DNA of Zandalari Troll unlike Darkspear Trolls which were introduced in Vanilla WoW.

From the Content section from the URL - I quote (From page 1) - Dexterity is not prized among Zandalari warriors: Brute force, backed by ancient magics, is the preferred combat style.

I quote again (from page 2) : Dictating every aspect of Zandalari society down to the very last detail are the scholars and the priesthood. Masters of magic and communing with the spirits, these respected bastions of knowledge stand upon fifteen millennia worth of accumulated knowledge.

In relation to the remaining classes the following are my personal opinions.

  1. Paladin - I’m still 50-50 - from Loa perspective I do get it somehow but again the resemblance is not quite there I think.

  2. Rogue - definitely doesn’t match, as they don’t have spymaster vibes, as best Race for Rogue on Horde side are BE & Undead. (Dexterity not being in their DNA).

  3. Monk - only makes sense with Panda Race.

  4. Shamans - not quite 100% match as I see them in Trolls, Orcs & Taurens.

  5. Hunter - again dexterity not being in Zandalari Trolls DNA and the match is not quite 100% I would say.

  6. Mage - I’m still 50/50 we don’t see much connection between Arcane & Zandalari Trolls but considering the fact that they’ve been in Azeroth 1st, 16,000 + years so therefore I’m in between 50-50 not quite sure.

Please guys share your thoughts with me, I would much appreciate it.
