So I saw first Nazjatar PvP event after the buff to the point acquisition speed and bloody hell can you for once do a ‘fix’ that wouldn’t just bounce from one extreme to the other. With the new rates after seeing the event is on I managed to get to one of the points, be there for couple of minutes and then the event was over already with no chance to partake because no matter where I’d moved from there the event would’ve been over by the time I reached it and there was no Horde in the place I went first.
This is just bloody ridiculous and arbitary. Extreme to extreme. Never trying the middle ground.
It’s designed to be over quick if outplayed, same as bgs when all points are controlled by enemy. If your faction is being outplayed, people don’t want a guranteed loss dragged out.
The key is speed. As soon as battle starts, your raid must get the upperhand. Do that, and you can win quick. If equal’ish balance or outnumbered, it can drag on but you have a chance.
But if your raid doesn’t act fast enough at start, game over if enemy has organized raid, then you got outplayed. Better if it’s over quick.
The problem isn’t getting rekt. We’re constantly winning. The problem is that it’s over so fast you can’t even partake because by the time you actually get anywhere it’s over already. It’s too fast.
