Considering that Stv token cap is 99, if you turn all of them will you get at least rank 8?

Rank will remain unchanged.
Need 77500 for rank 7 70%.
Need 142500 for rank 8 30%.

I am thinking to use 99 coins to get exalted with AB, it might be better off then

depending on patch release day you might be able to supplement your honor farm with STV tokens, but honestly iām not sure if the effort is worth it.
when we went from phase 2 to phase 3 some people (including myself) pre-farmed tons of STV tokens in order to instantly get rank 7, which i figure blizzard does not want to happen again.
Exactly that is my thought too! For this reason I will spent the token in AB rep which is a safer choice.
I guess that in P4 there will be AV and it will be easier to farm honor in that way.
