<From Scratch> 8/8HC Casual AotC guild recruiting for Midnight

We started the guild From Scratch almost 4 months ago with no plans of raiding until Midnight, we have since crushed heroic, done 2/3 raid glory achieves in TWW (last one planned for January) farmed an infinite amount of m+ and made a bunch of friends along the way.

Goals: :dracthyr_uwu:

Our original goal was “Building a Friendly, welcoming and safe place for all.” which we have done and will continue to do so, we have of course had some :slightly_smiling_face:highs and lows :upside_down_face: like all new guilds, but we have stayed together and worked hard to make this genuinely something special.

Going into Midnight we will be far more organised and focused than we were when launching the guild.

AotC will remain the guilds primary goal. :dracthyr_nod:
We are open to the potential of starting some early Mythic progression should we have the roster for it.

Guild mindset: We’re a Casual / Socially driven guild, we enjoy playing together, progression comes second.

Days/Times: :alarm_clock:

We raid on Fri/Sat 20:00-23:00 ST (We might be polling the days one last time before Midnight launches) They will remain the same for the remaining of TWW.

We don’t have a specific day we are running M+ atm, when Midnight launches we will arrange groups for farming M0’s /M+ in the early weeks and have one night per week to help each other get a M+10 done :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

We also regularly run a Normal raid most weeks for New/Nervous/Undergeared people and alts. :+1:

We do NOT tolerate:

  • Ego
  • Toxicity
  • Drama
  • Hate speech

What we’re looking for:

  • Members must be 18+ (We have a diverse age range within the guild from ~20’s-60’s, most being in their 30’s)
  • All experience levels, We have members ranging from CE raiders to returning to the game after 15+ years away.
  • People who’re looking for that genuine “home” feeling.
  • Nervous/Anxious people (Key anxiety and raid anxiety is a real thing) and we’re totally happy to help guide you through your first venture into WoWs “endgame”. :dracthyr_love_animated:

Recruitment:

We are very relaxed in terms of our attendance requirements, people are free to come and go as needed as life sometimes gets in the way within “reason” don’t randomly turn up after disapearing for a month and expect a carry :sweat_smile:

We’re recruiting the following;

  • M+ players (All roles)
  • Raiders looking to continue raiding this expansion (until we decide to break until Midnight)
  • Raiders looking for a spot in Midnight (Mainly DPS, Tanks and Healers will be considered)
  • People who are interested in other events outside of raiding/m+.
    -We’ll be doing raid glory achieves each new tier :flexed_biceps:
    -We’re currently running a housing competition on our discord :house_with_garden:
    -We’d love to do an “other” game night :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated:
    -Also currently have a guild discord bot in the works :zipper_mouth_face:
