So its up now, and I had some time to test it. Compared to the first notes, I quite liked it. Glacial Spike is back i guess, im not sure about the numbers yet, but the playstyle is better than it was in BFA. Thanks to Spintering Cold and Hailstones we can cast much more spikes, and with this baseline instant cast flurry we dosent even have to hunt for Brain Freeze procs. So, compered to the BFA Glacial build its much smoother. Im not sure about Ray of Frost, it does nice damage and after a flurry the whole RoF will crit, not bad maybe it will be a go to single option? On the aoe side Comet Storm is good+ This Coldest Snap is fun, double frozen orb/comet storm every 45 sec? I like it. But the Glacial Assault dosent worth to spend 2 point on it i guess. SO im curious what are your thoughts fellow mages?
